At Himam - هِمَم, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must show no signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• Photos of the product may be requested before approving the return or exchange request.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request cancellation before the order is shipped.

If the order has already been delivered, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions above.

Shipping fees for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible through WhatsApp or email.

Our team will review the case and may request photos of the product and packaging before approving the return, replacement, or refund.

Inspection Process

All returned products are inspected by our Quality Control team upon receipt.

The inspection process may take up to 5 business days to verify that the returned product complies with our return policy.

Once approved, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through:

• Bank Transfer
• Vodafone Cash
• InstaPay

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Orders paid online and cancelled after payment may be subject to applicable payment gateway processing fees.
