Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Delivery Time
• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
• Other governorates: 2–5 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
• Promotional free shipping offers may be available during selected campaigns.
Order Receiving Policy
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and contact details.
• Please note that order inspection before receipt is not available.
• Products are delivered sealed and securely packaged to ensure cleanliness, safety, and product quality.
• If the customer chooses to receive the order, it will be considered accepted upon delivery.
Product Safety & Hygiene
For hygiene and product safety reasons, bedding and textile products should remain in their original packaging until the customer decides to keep the product.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns After Delivery
If a customer is not satisfied with a product, a return or exchange request may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:
• The product is unused and unwashed.
• The product remains in its original condition.
• The original packaging is intact.
• The product shows no signs of use, damage, or modification.
• The request complies with our Return & Refund Policy.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, operational issues, public holidays, or high order volumes.
